Understanding your clients' score
The number that sums up each client's readiness, and how to read it before the session.
What is the score?
A client's score is a number between 0 and 100 that sums up how they are today in a single figure. The higher it is, the better they feel. You see it on their profile, before the session even starts.
How it's calculated
Every morning your client answers a short check-in. The moment they submit it, WellFirst computes their score. A complete check-in produces a score. An incomplete one does not.
The 4 pillars
The score breaks down into 4 pillars. Each pillar measures one aspect of your client's condition:
Sleep
Duration and quality of sleep, how they feel on waking.
Activity & body
Physical activity, intensity, and any pain.
Nutrition & hydration
Water intake, how well they follow your guidance, nutrition.
Context
Disrupted routines, exceptional events.
Reading the trend
The daily score is a snapshot. The trend shows you how your client evolves over time.
Observation windows
You can view a client's score over the last 7 days or the last 30 days. The curve shows whether they're steady, improving, or declining.
Missed days
Missed days (days without a complete check-in) appear as gaps in the curve. They are never interpolated or guessed: you see exactly when a client dropped off.
Missing score
If no score shows for a given day, the client didn't submit a complete check-in that day. The score can't be calculated without complete answers.
What it's for
The score isn't a grade. It's a cue to adapt the session to how your client really is, spot their patterns over time, and see at a glance who needs attention this week.
Know where every client stands.
Your client checks in within 30 seconds. Their score is waiting before the session.
